What is the purpose of the Ampoule sealer ?

The Sealer hermetically closes off all types of ampoule processed by VACFILLER fillers, thus ensuring perfect leak-tightness.

It is easily installed between the Filler or Droplet expulsion bell and the Inspection module of an ampoule filling line.

How does it work ?

With its own variable speed motorized conveyor and its adjustable settings, the sealing machine starts by washing the tips.

Then the glass is brought up to melting temperature with a blowtorch so it can be sealed.
